: ????可以是rocket_test (火箭基地) naval_base (海軍基地)
: nuclear_reactor(反應爐) air_base (空軍基地)
: radar_station (雷達站) land_fort (地上堡壘)
: anti_air (防空炮) coastal_fort (海岸堡壘)
: transports (運輸船) escorts (護衛艦)
: infrastructure (基礎設施)
: 必須注意的是每項設施都有最短建造時間,無法再縮短
: 比方說transports是4天,escorts是5天
有些參數有誤 校正如下
