Changes in the version 1.20.2

* Implemented keyboard language switcher settings allowing to specify
internal key combination Ctrl+Shift to switch layouts (rus/eng).
This may be useful for Linux/Wine users because Wine doesn't supports
keyboard locales.
* Setup script has been considerably improved allowing to specify default
system type for each of supported disk image extensions.
