reference : http://ikariam.wikia.com/wiki/Spies the risk of tasks is determined by the following formula : Risk = C + max{ (M- (t*6+h*2) ), 0 } C -> Current risk M -> Mission risk base, see the rate below t -> target town hall level h -> (your own) hideout level Mission risk bases Risk 6 Base:147%: Observe fleet and troop movements Risk 5 Base:127%: Observe communication Risk 4 Base:97%: Spy out garrison Risk 3 Base:67%: Spy out level of research Risk 2 Base:47%: Inspect Warehouse, Spy out treasure chamber Risk 1 Base:37%: Online status, Recall Spy Current risk is concern with the time passed, the mission executed, and the parameters about the target town. So each mission may have different risk at the same time, and the minimum risk is 5% if the risk calculated was equal or fewer then it. p.s.
