Roll 1 die for each card you have including this one.
For each unit symbol rolled, issue 1 order to a unit of that type in any
section.
For each flag rolled, issue 1 order to a unit of your choice or general in
any section.
Each of the ordered units battles with 1 additional die this turn.
After the battles, shuffle this card and the discard pile into the deck.
