[情報] 抗議 Travian 代理商服務品質低落

大家應該有聽說 TWS4 金幣轉移的 IGM 內容是空信,
但是負責台灣 server 的官方都不處理的事了.
也就是說, 在奇觀達到 100 級遊戲結束時,
有買過金幣的人都會收到一封通知金幣轉移的 IGM.
但是因為系統不知名的原因使得這封信很多都變空信.
官方的回應是自己用 email 去詢問怎麼轉移.
問題是經過一年了, email 能不能再收到,
或是通知信會不會被當垃圾信被刪除, 這都不得而知.
因此在 Tra 代理商蠻橫不講理不願意處理這件事的態度之下.
我們決定一人一信向德國原廠抗議.
使用者的權益大為受損, 這樣誰以後還敢花錢玩遊戲?
以下是英文全文, 翻譯會附在下面, 請大家一起發 email 抗議劣質遊戲代理使得
一個好遊戲都爛掉了.
如果您還有在玩 Tra 的話, 裡面有 game id 跟 server 的部分.
也希望大家具名抗議.
靠著這封 email 我們要德國原廠提供更好的遊戲品質.
台灣的 MH 跟 Tra 的香港代理商實在太爛了.

Dear Sir,
This is an email complaint from many Taiwanese players!
As you might know, Travian server 4 in Taiwan is having some problems
about gold transfer. There should be an In-Game-Message telling you how to
transfer your purchased gold at the end of a game session.
But in this server which is the server I played, there is only a blank IGM.
And the administrator for Taiwanese server who want to restart server 4
in 2 days tried to ignore this problem.
They only told people who have this problem to contact them by users'
"register email" which was used 400 days ago for registering their accounts.
However, after 400 days, things might changed a lot.
Most of people might forgot which email they used to register
their accounts in this server.
So please note that this action is ILLEGAL in Taiwan. The service provider
should complete their service upon our purchases. Players have the right to
perform LEGAL action in Taiwan if the service provider don't complete their
service.
We have the following request:
1. Resend all plus Gold transfer IGM in Taiwan Travian Server 4
to complete your service, or provide equal amount of compensation to your
customers.
2. Change your Taiwan Travian service agent, their service is not so well.
If you still want to save Taiwanese market, we would like to suggest
that you shall take care about these issues.
I am also a Travian player, we want to have a better game service as the
other countries.

這封 email 是許多來自台灣玩家的抗議信.
我想貴公司應當知道, Travian TWS4 近日在遊戲結束後, 發生了 plus 金幣
轉移 IGM 的問題.
很多玩家都收到空白的內容, 因此無法將金幣進行轉移.
而貴公司的代理商確不管這個問題, 只急著要重新啟動伺服器.
只叫這些有問題的玩家用email與他們聯繫. 然而問題是並非"所有"的使用者都
一定可以收到 email 通知.
請注意貴公司代理的這種行為是違法的, 因為他們沒有完成完整的交易服務.
在台灣玩家可以對貴公司的代理進行法律上的控告.
因此我們有以下的要求:
1. 重新發送 TWS4 有關金幣轉移的 IGM, 或是提供適當的補償給收到金幣轉移IGM
內容為空白的玩家.
2. 更換貴公司的台灣代理商, 因為他們的服務"非常差".
如果貴公司仍想要擁有台灣市場的話, 我們玩家認為貴公司必須要注意這些事情.
