Mage (Forums, Talent Calculator) Time Warp now increases spell haste rather than spell casting speed. Talents Invocation was changed to give the active bonus while at full mana and 40 seconds afterward, rather than upon completing an Evocation. Ring of Frost now has a "Limit 10" in the tooltip. Rune of Power no longer has a cooldown. Monk (Forums, Talent Calculator) Chi Burst now does Nature damage. Chi Torpedo now does Nature damage. Chi Wave now does Nature damage. Crackling Jade Lightning now has a 35% chance to generate 1 Chi, up from 25%. Expel Harm now does Nature damage. Gift of the Serpent now creates Spheres that last 3 min, up from 10 sec. Paladin (Forums, Talent Calculator) Protection Holy Wrath no longer requires Melee range. Damage reduced to 91% of SPH, down from 8601 + 91% of SPH. Major Glyphs Glyph of Word of Glory now only grants a bonus when you cast Word of Glory or Eternal Flame on a friendly target. Priest (Forums, Talent Calculator) Mass Dispel now dispels one effect, rather than all of them. Item - Priest T12 Shadow 2P Bonus now reduces the cooldown of Shadowfiend by 40% rather than 75 sec. Talents Mindbender now returns 1.5% mana when the Mindbender attacks, up from 1.3%. Psyfiend now casts a Psychic Terror every 2 sec, down from 1.5. Void Tendrils now roots enemies within 8 yards of the caster, rather than "within 8 yards". Discipline Focused Will (New) Whenever you are victim of any damage greater than 0% of your total health or critically hit by any non-periodic attack, you gain Focused Will reducing all damage taken by 10% lasting for 0. Stacks up to 0 times. Holy Chakra: Chastise now increases the damage done by your Shadow and Holy spells by 50%, up from 15%. Now reduces the mana cost of Smite and Holy Fire by 90%, up from 75%. Shadow Psychic Horror now causes the target to drop their weapons and shield for 8 sec, down from 10. Shadowform no longer has a 1.5 sec cooldown. Rogue (Forums, Talent Calculator) Blind now has a 1.5 min cooldown, up from 1. Sprint now has a 60 sec cooldown, up from 45. Assassination Envenom now does Nature damage. Subtlety Sanguinary Vein now causes you to deal 16% additional damage to targets afflicted by your Rupture, Garrote, or Crimson Tempest, down from 20%. Shaman (Forums, Talent Calculator) Bloodlust now increases spell haste, rather than spell casting speed. Heroism now increases spell haste, rather than spell casting speed. Warlock (Forums, Talent Calculator) Agony damage formula changed. Seed of Corruption now does 1,344 + 21.0% of SP damage, rather than (224 + 30% of Spell Power) * 6. Now requires the target to take 1,346 + 126.0% of SP damage to explode the seed, down from 1346 + 126.0% of SP + 180% of Spell Power. Talents Dark Bargain now can be cast while suffering from control impairing effects. Sacrificial Pact now can be cast while suffering from control impairing effects. Affliction Agony damage formula changed. Seed of Corruption now does 1,344 + 21.0% of SP damage, rather than (224 + 30% of Spell Power) * 6. Impending Victory now does 1,246 damage, rather than 5600% of AP / 100. Victory Rush (Arms) now does 1,495 damage, rather than 1% of (120% of AP * 56). Victory Rush (Fury, Protection) now does 1,246 damage, rather than 5600% of AP / 100. Talents Avatar now breaks all roots and snares, but no longer makes you immune to movement impairing effects. Duration increased to 24 sec, up from 20. No longer generates extra rage.
