Hello Mayor,
As your old game was linked to a Facebook account, then that game will always
be linked to that Facebook account. Currently, there is no way to remove a
account linked from a social connection. You cannot overwrite it with your
new city. If you wish to play with your new city, you need to link it with a
different Facebook or game center account. I hope I was able to clarify your
doubts.

結果是已經使用遊戲中心或是fb登入過的遊戲
重新玩的紀錄是無法覆蓋的
只能用新的帳號去登入
所以這個問題目前無解
