[情報] Greyhawk Bugs
有人收集了官方討論版中 bug 回報,bug實在是不少...
看樣子他們 debug 的情況從 Arcanum 開始都沒有太大改善
由於有規則可循,所以bug回報的速度很快
開始有人叫道,等 patch 出來再買 XD

QUEST BUGS
-Haydin for a quest in Homlet cannot be found. Quest unsolvable.
-Mona in Nulb often doesn't recognize the Orb when you bring it to her.
People have been suggesting that this is related to the Serena quest, but I
was never able to bring her the Orb even without talking about/to Serena
-It is possible to have Rentsch and Wab fight each other in Nulb, but if
Rentch dies, the quest from Romag can't be completed
-The Chaotic Neutral vignettes has a chest at the end that shows as "empty",
even if it is not (contains map to homlet). Opening the chest by normal means
is fine, but using the spell open/close results in a dead end (players are
not teleported to
Homlet).
-Exposing the spies in the trading post in Homlet doesnt give the 200 gold
it should
-Finishing Black Jay's dying sheep quest by talking to Corl and letting him
go home before getting the quest from Black Jay results in unfinishable quest
(Corl wont be there at night anymore)
CLASS/RACE SPECIFIC BUGS
-Cleric strength domain has Endure Elements instead of Enlarge Person at
level 1
-Cleric of St-Cubert can't choose the strength domain
-Cleric with the protection domain has the level 2 domain spell blur not
showing on the list of spells
-Cleric healing domain doesn't give the +1 bonus to healing spells (healing
spells should be verified in general as people are getting wierd/impossible
values not related to the missing +1 bonus described here)
-Cleric Travel domain gives Survival as class skill, but once you are past
level 1, it isn't a class skill anymore.
-Cleric Travel domain level 2 spell fear's Endurence? not showing
-Cleric's of the sun domain can use greater turning more than once a day
(maybe unlimited or same as turning limit)
-Clerics with the sun domain is unable to use regular turn undead more than
once in the game (resting doesnt reset counter for turn undead)
-As a general rule, cleric domains are messed up and some spells don't show
on the list
-Clerics can't use longspears although it is a simple weapon
-People report having the cleric able to Turn Undead only once in the game,
after that it says "Not enough charges" and resting doesn't help. This didn't
happen to me though.
-Multiclassed good clerics will spontaneously cast inflict spells instead of
cure spells
-Gnomes dont get profeciency with gnome picks
-Rangers don't get their animal companion until level 5
-Paladin's divine grace doesn't give the appropriate bonuses at higher levels
-Wizards can scribe the scroll "Order's Wrath", although it is a cleric
domain spell (Law 4)
-Paladin detect evil doesn't seem to work all the time. Search forum for
exemples.
-Dwarves with a movement speed higher than 20 (such as a dwarf barbarian)
have their speed lowered when wearing medium or heavy armor and not being
encumbered
-Rogue's sneak attack doesn't work on helpless targets
-Bards are able to select Wall of Fire, although they shouldn't. The effect
when the spell is cast isn't Wall of Fire though.
-Bard's Inspire Courage doesn't give +1 bonus to hit rolls (a user reported
that its working for him, so it might be more specific)
-Monks who choose both Combat Reflexes and Deflect Arrow at level 1 cannot
advance to level 2 since the interface ask them to choose a skill and both
are already greyed out in the list.
-Stunning attacks for monks can be used more than its normal usage times/day
(i.e. 3 times at level 1)
-Barbarians dont get the benefits of fast movement while wearing medium
armor, they should
-Dwarves cant tumble in medium or heavy armor. The manual says they can. (it
does work for other races though).
-The Bard ability Inspire Courage should be a standard action (according to
3.0/3.5) but instead it is treated as a free action in combat
SPELL BUGS
-Weapon reach doesn't increase with Enlarge Person
-Cast defensively does checks outside combat
-The spells Magic Weapon and Greater Magic Weapon are permanent
-Burning Hands is listed as an evocation spell, but Evocation Specialists
can't learn it, suggesting the class is coded wrong. It might be coded as a
transmutation spell, which would be by 3.5 rules.
-Damage reduction seems to work against spells (magic missile is nullified by
quasit DR 5/Holy-Cold). 3.5e rules state that spells are unaffected by damage
reduction.
-Produce Flame has unlimited attacks and hits all the time (even with no line
of sight)
-Ghoul Touch lasts forever
-Silence lasts forever
-Entangle lasts forever and cannot be dismissed. Using 揃reak Free?seems to
do nothing (no feedback and never works)
-Invisibility is listed as 3rd level in spellbook when it should be 2nd.
-Calm emothions spell leave the particle effect on characters permanently
-Detect Magic doesn't work
-Burning hands has no sound effect (other spells too, bug confirmed by
Troika)
-Summoning spells take a full round of action
-Magic missile can hit a mirror image target all the time
- Resist energy appears to be broken - it works once then dissipates, almost
like it was a very low powered protection from energy in that it blocks the
first 10 points then goes away, instead of giving you actual energy
resistance.
-The spell 揗agic Vestment?is permanent.
SKILL/FEATS BUGS
-Small characters don't get +4 to hide
-Single handed weapons give the 1.5 X strength bonus even with a shield
equiped
-Dwarven waraxe canno't with equiped one-handed even with the exotic weapon
prof.
-Item creating feats are messed up in general. Spell prerequisites aren't
implemented right. A level 6 wizard was able to create a +3 sword which gave
only +2 bonuses when equiped. Item costs sometimes become negative. More
detail on this as it becomes available.
-Scribing a Fireball with a level 5 character produces fireball scroll, which
once scribed into another spellbook results is listed under level 5 spells
-Weapon Finesse doesn't apply to magic/masterwork weapons, only to normal
weapons
-Crafting a wanf of magic missle with level 5 wizard results in a wand that
can cast up to 6 missiles per cast
-Greater spell penetration doesn't stack with spell penetration. It should.
-Feat Quick Draw is selectable by players who don't meet the +1 attack bonus
requirement
-Dual Wielding with multiple attacks doesn't seem to give the good modifiers
-Power Attack is either 0 or the maximum. Can't choose in-between values
-Melf acid arrow is not available for scribbing
-General feat problems when leveling up a multiclass character. Exemple: A
ranger/rogue level 1/1 taking a second level of ranger and choosing
two-weapon fighting style cannot choose the feat Two-Weapon Defence, although
he just got the prerequisite.
Feat is available later though. Other exemple:Fighter 1/Rogue 2 cannot select
Weapon Focus: Longbow when leveling to level 3.
-Shield larger than buckers can be equipped on players using two weapons,
gaining full benefit. Buckler has to be equipped first then swaped. Soemtimes
work with two-handed weapons too.
ITEM BUGS
-Chain gloves, boots and maybe helmets slow movement speed
-Masterwork armors (Studed Leather and Chain Shirt confirmed) give an armor
check penality of -1
-Magic items seems to give negative bonus to armor check penality instead of
positive
-Ring of Freedom of movemnet (from Lareth) doesn't work
-Lareth's Staff of Striking is not a staff item
-Encumberance penalty stacks with armor move penality, which it shouldn't
-Robe of resistance +1/+2/+3 all give a +1 bonus
-Dagger of Venon cause a crash to destop once you try to use its ability.
Also, using the ability isn't a free action as it should be.
-Holy Sword +1 gives +3 to attack
-Trying to reag Romags diary in the earth temple results in a messagin saying
the door is locked and cannot be opened without a key. What door ?! Its a
diary !
-Necklace of Adaptation doesn't work (at least not against stinking cloud)
-NPC specific items act as if they were on the NPC when they are on one of
your PC (ie. Cant remove them)
