Office and museum can be built later today or tomorrow, there will be a news
article about this.
The amount of supertalents will be roughly the same and there will still be a
balancing mechanism, but the exact details will change. I haven't worked this
out yet. The YC staff member will increase the chance to get a supertalent
though.

基本上得到超級天才的數量和目前的公式版本大約相同,細節微尼熊會調整,

@KevinDev: the advantage of the trainer for example is less than an 11th
level would be and it's not for free.
This brings more depth to the game so people can develop their clubs longer,
but it's a slower increase than before maxing out your facilities. It's not a
cause for panic.
This game still offers a much better chance to catch up than any of the big
football manager games.
Anyway, I don't even think this hurts the new players. Anything that adds
choices to the game can help them because there are more ways the teams that
started before them can make mistakes.

- 直接升級設施的好處,比職員帶來的好處高。

Season 16 was a mistake, I thought the current season was 14 when I wrote
that. It will be season 17. This will guarantee that everyone can build an
office. As zio_pey already pointed out, starting in season 16 does not
guarantee that.

the youth center change is actually meant to help the lower levels. Right now
there are too many players available and this mainly hurts the lower levels
YCs.
A few extra level 1 youths makes no difference since no one, including
yourself, needs those players.
I agree though that it's fun that youth players come at unexpected times
during the seasons.

you build your office now.

You get all the bonuses, not just one of them.
As for your concern with the stadium: you can't really calculate it that way.
With a high enough attendance the extra percentage will give you more income
than the extra wage of the staff member, thus making it profitable. With a
low attendance it will not be worth it. A level 10 staff member on a level 1
stadium will cost you money.
All the staff bonuses are aimed to be slower improvements than actually
upgrading a facility. Upgrading your training center to level 7 for example
will give a much bigger bonus than appointing a staff member to it. That
doesn't mean it's unreasonable to appoint staff before getting to level 10,
but you do have to consider whether it's worth it and where to get the best
return.
- 職員的效果是每個設施的兩項都生效的,而不是二選一。
- 所有職員的效果都會比設施升級低,舉例來說,把訓練中心升上7,會比指派10級
職員去6級訓練中心的效果更好。
- 可以考量職員及別和設施級別的相互關係做配置。

這次改版的預告和訊息的釋出,其實對新球隊,或是半新不熟球隊本身,影響沒那麼大,
這次改版主要著重拉深球隊發展的深度,拉深遊戲可玩性,
但是變相就是拉大新球隊和老手的距離。
維尼熊也明白這點,(見第一頁第14篇的2、3段),不過維尼熊也說了,
新手追上老手的機會,比起其他遊戲還是大很多的。
這說法是半信半疑,但是這次改版無疑影響深遠,看玩家用甚麼角度去看。
