Changes circled in red. Orange circles for comparison DPS of 1.8 Point-Defense Flak vs. 1.7 Medium Weapon Flak.
Changes enumerated:

1) Destroyer hull buffed from 600 to 800 (!!!)
2) Flak made a PD only weapon now.
3) Hide Obsolete Components option.
4) Fully loaded PD Destroyer is cheaper and has less maintenance cost.
5) Combat speed increased to 2.4.
6) Damage of Flak is significantly reduced, much less damage than 1.7 Cruiser with 3 Flak + 2 S Maurauder, still less damage than 1.7 Guardian PD Destroyer + 2 S Maurauder.
7) Randomize ship name feature added.
8) 1.8 Destroyer Evasion is 0.8% lower.
