很多人都是在1.1版達成
1.2版後AE大幅增加，而且包圍網也變得更討厭
很多Bug也被改過來
目前可用的技巧大概只剩feeding vassal大法
目前聽起來最容易達成World Conquest的方法:
奧地利的Reputation最多能拿到+24
Relative size of military最多+20
Friendly or Threatened attitude +10
Trust最多+40
通算+94
base tax最多-90
=>
只要是同教的國家，都可以外交附庸
Spain、France、Portugal...
