[EU2] 求教：如何編寫隨機增加核心領土的事件
我目前編寫到這樣
但是不知道要怎麼改才正確
我的想法是
如果一個國家佔領一塊領土半個世紀久
就有機會宣稱為固有領土
希望大家不吝指教
