I'm glad to hear that you are willing to stop this war. It's been pretty intense and I hope you had as much fun as I had. Here's my terms:
First of all, powerfox, artanis, wezen, and vkeong have to stop any and all military actions against any members from META and SekTa.
Secondly, snotling , Artanis ,Powerfox will hold a mutual non-aggression pact from this day on.

Your terms make sense. But let me go in more detail one by one.
For the first term, I guess no one is attacking Meta member, isn't it? For Sekta, they declared war end in forum. I guess the conflict of Sekta will very soon end as well. Whether they still attacking each other or not, I don't know. It is not under the control of you or me.
If you wonder why I talk with you instead Sekta becoz I felt it is now player conflict instead of Alliance conflict (after LYNe disband). While Sekta case is different to me, as Sekta original target was Wezen, but now they increase to vkeong, artanis, and me.
For second terms, to sign NAP between you - Artanis, and me. I think it is ok, as long as we don't have conflict in future, the NAP will valid.
From the terms you listed, can see you are long-vision player. I guess this is what I could offer now for peace, if you and me hope for a long term goal. Wish we two get a happy ending.
