2018.10.07 dgVoodoo is a glide wrapper but also a DirectDraw / Direct3D wrapper (v3 to 8) to Direct3D11. To simplify greatly, it emulates a 3DFX card that will manage the proprietary library Glide (Glide 2.11, Glide 2.45, Glide 3.1 and Napalm) but also the old graphics cards compatible DD / D3D v1 to v8. What is the point ? Play old games that work poorly on new graphics cards (because they have been optimized for Glide or older versions of DirectX and not for other APIs such as OpenGL or DirectX v11) or just use an emulator that he too uses the Glide.
