-Changed AA type. This new type works best at x4 resolution (haven't tested
higher). Low res will look bad.
-Added Bump Mapping. I put in a lot of sliders, so people can try to get
good AA + good/sharp bump mapping.
--With AA and Bump Mapping on, inside Bump Mapping tab:
Set Mix If Different to 0.
Adjust Mix-Difference until edges look good (higher is better, until edges
look bad)
Raise Mix If Different until edges start to look bad.
Change Mix Remaining and other Bump Mapping parameters.
Issue: I have no idea why AA ended up under the general tab, but that's where
you'll find it.
I haven't tested all the shader combinations with these additions. If you
like the bump mapping as a part of dolphinFX, maybe ask Asmodean if he's
willing to add it to the official version. If you want it combined with
certain other shaders, you could ask me.
