[新聞] bsnes v0.037a

Unfortunately, a few minor issues slipped into bsnes v037. I've fixed these
and posted v037a. Note that if you are using the English Windows build,
absolutely nothing has changed, and you can keep the version you have already
downloaded.
I was hesitant to post this, as there's nothing news-worthy about this
update; but it may be a while before the next release, and I'd hate to leave
these issues outstanding.
Also, there were some missing strings in the v037 template locale file. I'm
updating the ones that were already submitted to me and will post them
shortly.
Changelog:
-fixed a Linux listbox bug that left action buttons disabled when there was
only one item [tukuyomi]
-fixed a few strings that were not being translated by locale.cfg before
[diminish]
