Fix pcm handling in ssrpg (random battles)
fix speed hacks handling when raster frame is used (like in the demo of
street hoop which was really too fast !!!)
add experimental support for mode2/2352 isos (normally neocd isos are all
supposed to be mode1/2048, so usually mode2/2352 are bad rips, but sometimes
they work anyway !!!).
