[報告][W7]麻煩各family tribe回文diplomacy

由於近日接到一些外盟說我們的人打他們但是我們有同盟。
有的後來查證是他們自己把我們加成好友(與我們無關)
另外我們需要統整一下目前的外交狀態，
因此麻煩在各個family tribe的玩家打開diplomacy forum把目前的資料
