Entire XiG Family: Ok after some work and planning we have put together a hierarchy for our tribe. I hope you will use the correct channels to solve any issues so we can run a streamlined operation. I as you know am the tribal leader. I also have a team of advisors who have been with me through the entire XiG transformation. These members keep me updated on any inssues that arrise. The diplomatic council will handle any issue involving diplomacy or any negotiating with other tribes which may come about because either us or them were attacked. Each division has atleast one diplomat so get to know them and use them first. This should be verified on the member list of you divisions. Ptlowe will serve as Head diplomat and Scarus is your Chief Diplomat. These two guys have a council which will inform them as they will inform the council. Your local diplomat is within the council. Our War Council consists of the group cpt. from each group and our war lord is Gloryordeath. We are working on a commander who will assist glory with strategies and attack planning. Each group will be informed through Glory and your Cpt. about upcoming operations. Defense Council consists of the Sgt. from each group. If you are attacked contact you sergeant and local diplomat they will take care of it. We will have a defense minister but the def. secretary is Blue_Boy and he will assist the Defense Minister in coordinating support movements to villages in need. I hope you warriors find this helpful and use this to your advantage to make this game more enjoyable. If you have any questions as your group leaders, or anyone else you feel necessary.
