Good evening,
Hanlin just told me that there is a chance we can sign a NAP, indeed I write
this letter for that. You may think I am very aggressive, but in fact, I am
very willing to have a talk with you. First I feel sorry for the two villages
of XigF, but the reason of why I conquer the two village is they attack my
friend HUEIA first, so I take one village to prevent their further attack.
But if we reach a NAP, I will consider giving back the two villages as a
