So I am building up a scout force to scout him adequately (I want to get his wall strength which means I need a 90% survivial rate on the scouts) and make plans for counter-attacking (to complicate this, I have initiated negotiations with his tribe for an alliance, on cgreen's advice, but his tribe has not responded since he first attacked so I think they are quite wisely awaiting the outcome themselves).
