Atks will reach him at 12:06 Server time ..
It wud be gr8 If u cud send an atk forces at his 12k pop village.
If u can find anyone else who can suicide an atk force then it wud be great.
You need to atk him before 12:06 but not much before (may be 10 mins at
max).
Also send him a fake ram atk
(from the same village u atk him with ur offensive force
so that they looks like real)
at his 8k pop village so that it reaches somewhere near 12:00..
I hope victory wud be ours.
