在此建議可以在 Properties 當中加入一些敘述
說明一些原則
讓別人在採取行動之前
能夠考慮一下我們的立場
比如說：
對我們成員的 scout 行為會被視為攻擊行動
Scouting us will be considered as an act of war.
攻擊我們的聯盟國有可能會被我們攻擊
We may retaliate against those who attack our allies.
