redgang left Wu and joined PTTc34. We need to let PTTc34 know that
we are nobling redgang. Their profile claims they will not take people
who are under attack, and this attack has been ongoing for sometime now.
Carlsbadd has been attacking them on and off for sometime, we are at
war with Wu, and regardless I had started nobling redgang specifically
last week. Carlsbadd has picked up the nobling effort as of Saturday.
There should be no issue here; redgang should be dropped from PTTc34.
