i have upgraded the lv28 clay pit
but no Construction assignment icon appear
before one hour

We did have a big hardware problem that damaged the database and the
backup as well. There is no way to fix the lost resources/buildings
automatically so we would have to do this for every single account by
hand and that of course is just too much work. Please don't be upset about
this but it is just not possible.Errors like this are very rare and we now
moved everything to a different server so that it will not happen again.
