@Cayetano: you can only convert players you own, not players you used to own.
只能轉你目前擁有的球員成為職員,不能轉你曾經擁有過的球員。
@Koen: I don't think this is as much of an issue as you make it seem. In the
long run, talent will be more important than the initial skills and staff
talent is not related to player talent. Good players will start with a few
skills at 4, and maybe a 5 or if really lucky a 6.
長遠看來,職員的天賦比職員的初始技能還重要。
球員時代的天賦和職員天賦完全沒有任何連動關係。
好的球員(這邊指的是經驗高)轉職員,初始技能可能可以有一個技能上4、5,
運氣好點可以見6。
If you buy a few mediocre 30-year olds on the market you will also get a 5
though and there's a good chance you'll get one with better talent than the
supertalent of someone else.
如果你在市場買一些平庸的30歲球員,也有機會(靠砸錢)得到單項技能5的職員,
比起轉金天賦的球員當職員,(靠砸錢)也有好機會得到職員天賦更高的職員。
(版主註解 : 意思是,去市場買一批30歲球員,一個一個轉,
轉出來好的職員就留下(職員天賦高、初始技能好),不好的就開除,
土豪方法,洗出好職員。
In the beginning this will probably cause a high demand for 30 year old
players but that sould even out. If I were to guess then I think selling your
supertalent and buying mediocre 30-year olds for the money you earned might
give you a better result than converting the supertalent to staff, but it's
hard to say.
可能一開始(就是過幾天開始的夏轉)會造成大量30歲的球員的需求。
狗熊猜測,賣掉你的金天賦(老頭)換錢買一些30歲平庸的球員,
會提升最終得到更好的職員的機會。不過這真的很難說,運氣運氣。
