[官方] New scout regions
We've updated the scout regions again to make them more balanced.
球探搜索區域又改了。
This time we have not only looked at the number of players but also at
the popularity of the teams and the levels of youth center and scout office
in these countries.
這一次的更改，不但考量國家的球員數量，同時也考量國家的球隊數量，
以及這些國家的青訓設施的部分。
Your country may have moved to a different scout region, or you may want to
scout in different regions so take a look in your scout office before the
next transfer window starts to select your new search regions.
你的國家可能會被移動到新的區域，或許下次冬轉，你會想去搜不同的區域。
