[問題] PT4安裝障礙 (PostgreSQL問題)
官網下載PT4 Beta版(左邊那個)，
下載好選30 天試用，安裝，
然後
安裝 PostgreSQL的過程中
→ There were erros during the download process: Server topped responding
→ Configure PostgreSQL Installation
→ Port , Password , Passord 沒改
→ 按 Install
→ Windows Installer , 無法開啟此封裝，請確認此包裝是否存在，
或其是否為正常的 Windows Installer 封裝。
請問該怎麼解決呢？謝謝
