1. Download WiiCR
2. Extract the contents of the WiiCR archive to the XAMPP Directory.
(C:\Program Files\xampp)
3. Download WiiCR tools
4. Extract to the contents of WiiCR_tools to C:\Program Files\xampp\'.
5. Create a Shortcut on the desktop to "C:\Program Files\xampp\enc_daemon.bat" and open it.
6. If you installed WiiCR in a custom directory edit
"C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\wiicr\config.dat"
adjust to match your system and install.
7. Start XAMPP & Apache, Double Click the Control Icon on your Desktop,
start apache.
8. Point your browser to http://localhost/wiicr
9. click the config icon
10 make sure your Encoder exe and Flvtool2 locations are correct
(use / not \ as a directory delimiter).
總之，應該是把東西安裝在電腦裡，然後假裝成一個網站，用Opera去連結播放(步驟8)
可以撥 avi/xvid/divx/mpeg/wmv 這些檔案
