"不能拿來當指揮官"這一項廢除，跟EDH多人禁牌表統一
Braids, Cabal Minion is banned
Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary is banned
Erayo, Soratami Ascendent is banned
Kokusho, the Evening Star is unbanned
Metalworker is unbanned
其他不變
