XIII. Language
The game publisher reserves the right to exclude players from outside the
publishing country or these ones who are not able to speak the respective
native language. This includes but is not limited to: Game, Board and IRC
official chat-rooms.

以及不會使用該國母語的遊戲者踢除的權利.
(以臺灣服為例，非臺灣地區人、以及不會打中文的人，他們都可以踢掉)
這規定涵蓋遊戲、討論板、和官方的IRC(聊天室)，但不止限於這些地方
