擁有5個助教能取得1/3 * 0.5狀態的提高，是這樣嗎 ?
Or .... Do you only get 0.5 background form by using 15 assistants and
nothing for anything less than 15?
或是，15個助教取得0.5背景狀態的提高，不足15都是0 ?
