A guy pop-up on the TL/in the YA tables. Somebody scout/coach/member posts his skills and intended plan in a thread (specific thread/TL thread) and people share thoughts. After that, a buyer is needed. Everybody looks for one and contact is being made. Bolam's main issue in this matter (sending local players to local managers) was his work in the dark. He never said anything, talked to the local team without informing his fed-mates(us) and arranged the transfer. As we didn't know anything about it, we also talked to reliable trainers. At that point, our trainers usually kept bidding in order to secure the player. So, it's pretty convenient to think that we've not letting taiwanese players to taiwanese teams.
