Mame NεH＋ v0.154 is released. Mame NεH＋ (NeoGeo Emulation Hack Team) is a
derivative of MAME that supports NeoGeo , CPS1 and other hacked games. File
includes both command line and UI (user interface) versions.

Sync with r5183 source
Fixed some neogeo hack sets with latest source
Fixed ports input cps3 driver, add 6 buttons to all new bootlegs (missing
forward kick and roundhouse kick)
Removed fruits and pinball sets
