DSP Emulator v0.10b4 WIP (2011/01/08) is released. DSP Emulator is a new
version of the ZX SPECTRUM +3, ZX Spectrum 128, ZX Spectrum 48, Arcade,
Amstrad CPC 464, NES and Game Boy emulator.

First update of the year and last beta stage. Updated Windows binary and
source.
Added M6805 CPU so 'Legend of Kage', 'Tiger Heli', 'Slap Fight' and 'Xain'd
Sleena' uses original ROMs with no patches.
Added a new driver 'Pang' with partial sound, only OKI 6295 missing YM2413
