Vba-ReRecording SVN r177 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording
branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of
VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of
Tool-Assisted movies.

Minor changes to some small things. will be updating this more later with
other notes

- stopped the sound from looping endlessly whenever any dialog or messagebox
appears
- made Lua error messages go into the output window instead of into a
(sometimes debilitating) messagebox
- made Lua GUI drawing not so slow for offscreen lines
- made gui.text more permissive about the message argument's type
- fixed a bug with the Lua open script window that prevented typing characters
into the file path edit box, and another bug that made it fail to disable the
edit button when it doesn't apply
