PCSX Rerecording SVN r218 is released.PCSX Rerecording is a special version
of PCSX with many new features such as input rerecording, cheat support, RAM
search, RAM watch, customizable hotkeys, etc.
PCSX Rerecording SVN changelog:

begin rewriting spu. spu moved into the core, converted to cpp, began some
purging, re-enabled basic playback+reverb. useless for tas right now but
we'll get it back up to speed.
