r73 - more savestate desync fixes
r72 - fixing several savestate desync issues
r71 - Replaced math.random and math.randomseed with SFMT version,
because C rand's quality is bad, generally speaking.
r70 - made the savestate compression level configurable in the
emulator settings menu, and chose a faster compression
level as the default
