GameEx now scans sub folders within a specified rom folder
(AKA Roms in folders). In addition in order to clean things
up slightly, offline list support has been removed (it
didn't work anyway), and map files using the pipe seperator
are no longer supported. The latter may break existing
setups. The roms in folders is probably the oldest feature
request for GameEx, so I hope that makes a few folks happy.
