* Fixed puzznic crashing when trying to change the dipswitches (extremely
old bug reported by Stephh)
* starscream is upgraded to 0.26d, while still keeping the changes for
raine...
* it was impossible to revert to windowed mode by using the fullscreen
command of the gui in windows
* When a game had a few regions available + some cheats, the cheats were
loaded again at the end of the currently loaded ones every time the region
was changed !!! With this behaviour it was very easy to crash !
