[規則] 推翻蘇丹的「回應」技能
因為一直疑惑被拘留or疲勞時能否使用「回應」技能
我寫信去問作者，這是他的回覆：
After a character is Detained, however, they cannot use their reaction until
they are free again.
拘留狀態「不可」使用回應技能
Conversely, being Manipulated does not affect a character in any way except
that they cannot choose to use their action on their next turn. Therefore, a
Manipulated player can still use their reaction.
疲勞狀態「可以」使用回應技能
