大家好：
最近在玩Arcana，有張地圖卡說明看不懂，
想向版友們請教，原文說明如下：
Choose one District. Immediately resolve the power
struggle for that District (As if it was the Resolution Phase)
我的解讀是：選一個區域，然後就卡住了...
power struggle 是把大家能力都歸零嗎？
resolution phase也不慎了解，在此向大家請教~~謝謝!!!!
