482. The incenter of a triangle

ABC是一個整數邊長的三角形，內心為I且周長為p
線段IA、IB和IC的長度同樣為整數值
令 L = p + |IA| + |IB| + |IC|
令 S(P) 為周長p<=P的情況下，所有這樣的三角形的L之和。舉例，S(10^3)=3619
試求出S(10^7)
