[閒聊] 20130505修改事項
兩手都在痛，不過短時間的打字還ok。
(主要是左手掌靠鍵盤桌面的地方黑青＆手腕有一點扭到)
一、指令 hands 修改
/adm/daemons/weather_d.c 不備份新增修改。
在 change_weather 函數裡加上 hands 自動開啟／關閉
的機制。
/cmds/std/_hands.c 不備份新增修改。
在 cmd_hands 函數裡新增讓 weather_d.c 呼叫開啟及關
閉的程式段。
二、指令 spell 修改
/cmds/std/_spell.c 不備份新增修改。
讓 spell a+b 支援 auto spell。
修正 spell a+b 的一些 bug。
新增 spell a+b 的適用法術，新增 5 hands、cleanse
以及 magic missile。
