However, today(2011/03/17), when I finished a multiplayer game(Battle Commander), my console was freeze when the screen showed "Loading". It is no big deal. I turn off my console and turn on again. But, when the loading after "KAOS" which the shows two flags in the beginning.My console freeze and freeze again. But, when I changed the XBOX ID from me to my wife. It work!!!!! Please give me advices to conquer this situation. My heart was broken now. By the way, my xbox live ID is Tonyhawk Rabbit. Sincerely, Tony 結果得到 Hello, Could you please try deleting your profile from the xbox 360 and then recover it from the live service. Best Regards, Jamie D. at THQ Technical Support 然後我又繼續寄 Dir Sir: I had already deleted my profile, save record, and any files include Battle Code, Express 870 Shotgun, Advance Armory Unlocks, a nd Weapon Camouflage Pack with "Homefront" in my XBOX HDD. And I had also tried recover my gametag in xbox live. Besides, I had tested three xbox consoles in my profile with "Homefront". It still shows same "freeze problem" with above tests. My profile still have the problem, but, my wife and my friends' profile didn't. I also find the forum of Homefront as bellow: http://www.homefront-game.com/forums/topic/4840 There are 417 replies in topic of "360 freezing before Main Menu". So, I am pretty sure that is not a only case in mine. Best Regards, Jamie D. at THQ Technical Support 所以結論就是等等更新越想越氣我又打電話給微軟叫微軟出來面對一下您好：請參考附件圖檔，以下為各個圖檔做詳細解釋：圖一為本遊戲片的封面。產地為新加坡。圖二為本人所使用的玩家設定檔。圖三為進入遊戲畫面後，出現的LOGO，在此LOGO後，遊戲畫面進入黑頻，遊戲機當機。圖四為遊戲機黑頻，當機的畫面，沒有出現任何錯誤訊息，直接死當。以下網址是本人錄製的影片，當初提供給THQ公司的影片，有完整的當機情形。 http://www.youtube.com/user/TonyhawkRabbitDan#p/a/u/0/8EN6d-KNsUI 在Homefornt的官方論壇中(http://www.homefront-game.com/forums/topic/4840)，對於主題"360 freezing before Main Menu"，也就是在進入遊戲主選單前的當機情況，也有552篇回復文章，代表這個情形並不是發生在本人身上的個案。本人在台灣非常支持Xbox360，也感謝您客服人員非常好的態度與服務，本人遊戲片皆是購買首發正版片，如圖五顯示，目前也擁有近600片的遊戲片，對於微軟的遊戲非常支持。然而近來這一月來，兩片遊戲片(Test Drive Unlimited 2與Homefront)皆發生這種半成品的遊戲片，玩家並沒有任何違規事件卻被剝奪遊玩權利，遊戲發售卻要苦苦等其更新才能遊玩，這是非常不公平也不正確的待遇，是否也該讓微軟省思這其中的問題，謝謝。玩家 Tonyhawk Rabbit 微軟也打電話來滅火說他們會盡快找出問題聯絡我所以目前狀況就是無解假如很想玩就用別的帳號假如一覽X火就封片吧哭哭 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 終於遇到台灣第二人玩家中BUG 拍拍擁抱 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.73.253
