美國輕坦改動:
A new proposal of a refreshed USA LT branch has hit the supertest. The T71
will be moved to form a separate autoloader branch, while the branch leading
to the prototype Sheridan will get the T71E1 (aka T71 CMCD) instead.
The Bulldog will lose the 76 mm Gun T91E5 cannon.
美國輕坦線在超測上有了個新的提案
T71 (現有的底特律兵工廠版本) 會被移去組成彈夾線(大概是指T69),
而連結到薛里登的線則會由 T71E1 (也就是T71 CMCD -- 凱迪拉克版本) 來填補 T7輕坦。
猛犬則會失去 T91E5 76mm砲 (彈夾砲)

Strv81 (瑞典百夫長) 消息:
In addition to what has already been said about the Strv 81, some additional
details were uncovered recently. So the tank will be sold as the "Defender", in 2 variations, one with an unique clown camouflage and one without it:
Strv 81 “Sabaton” and Strv 81. The style should be similar to the one in
the official art below. It will be in the style of Swedish punk rock &
Sabaton. During Gamescom, there will also be small ads within the game, as it
was with the film “Tree 5” (for RU), and, in the end, in the garage, a song
will be played: Sabaton – Primo Victoria. In the near future we will try to
get files or screenshots of the tank in its clown camouflage.

最近多了一些比較細節的消息。
此車販售會循 "Defender/Obj.252U"模式,
會有特殊塗裝版 Strv 81 "Sabaton",及一般版 Strv 81以供選擇,
至於特殊塗裝的風格會與下方的官方美術海報相似,會是瑞典搖滾風融合"Sabaton"樂團標誌。
Gamescom 期間遊戲內也會有小廣告,類似跟電影 "Tree 5"的合作(只有出現在RU服)。
最後,在車庫會播放: Sabaton - Primo Victoria。

WG 對於關閉隨機戰鬥可以傷害友軍的看法
Relatively recently, many have started talking about Team Damage in WoT
random battles again. All this happened after the spring developers’ answers
where S. Makarov said that he was categorically against the removal of Team
Damage from the game, but he was strongly persuaded otherwise afterwards.
Recently, the Publishing Director of WoT mentioned that he was planning to
test the disabling of TD (in random battles) this year on the Sandbox test
server.
Recall that TD(Team Damage) is an opportunity to cause damage to allied
units, hence the TeamKill (s) – the destruction of the unit (in our case,
the tank) of the ally. What to do with the “blue players”? and the main
question whether Team Damage is needed in the World of Tanks? Should this
ability be removed from random battles?
For example, in WoT Blitz, we quickly shut down Team Damage – “There were
many reasons for turning off Team Damage: many newcomers, whose shooting is
not always conscious, tend to damage teammates and conflicts in a small team
of 7 people are fatal (teamkills almost certainly lead to a loss).”
近期又掀起了有關隨機戰鬥中傷害友軍的討論,起因於 S. Makarov在春季的時候對於相關問題
表示其堅決反對移除傷害友軍的機制,然而之後被說服倒戈。
最近,WoT的發行總監提到他想在今年用沙盒測試看看(在隨機戰)關閉傷害友軍會如何
說起 TD(TeamDamage - 傷害友軍) 係指可以對友方單位造成傷害的可能,
並因此可達成擊殺友軍 - 毀壞該友方單位 (以我們的角度來看就是戰車)。
那麼該怎麼處置藍名玩家呢?
再來是最核心的問題,WoT是否真的有必要有傷害友軍的功能呢?
是否該將其從隨機戰中移除呢?
舉例來說,在閃擊戰版本,我們迅速地將傷害友軍關閉 -
"其中包含許多原因如下述: 有很多新進玩家,他們射擊時比較沒那麼謹慎,容易傷到隊友,
並且在一個只有7人組成的小隊伍中任何衝突都很致命(殺隊友的話幾乎輸定了)"

但要是屬實,這代表了 FV215b 要嘛會維持現狀(不會換車),要嘛就變某種管道的獎勵車。

9.20, Improved equipment will be automatically demounted for free from
vehicles of all players so that they can mount it as they think fit.
加強型裝備將只能以天梯票券來拆卸,
9.20正式更新時會自動幫玩家免費拆卸加強型裝備,好讓玩家好好考慮是否要安裝上去
The Grand Battle type will be disabled by default for users who play on PCs
with low performance. However, the option can be enabled in the game settings.
"大戰"模式 會針對使用電腦效能較弱的玩家預設關閉,
但是想參加的話還是能去遊戲設定調整成開啟。

PS: I just hope they will give us the Ke-Ni Otsu instead. It’s in the game
files since a very long time and WG did not use it for anything so far.

HD化會不會有差別要看平衡跟貼近現實的權衡
貼合現實構造而弱化的例子有: Fury(相較於E8)、百夫長
此二者在SD時(Fury是跟SD E8比較)砲盾後還有砲塔的裝甲,
致使當時兩者的砲盾具有相當優異的抗彈能力。
而HD化後為貼合現實的構造,HD化的砲盾後方不再有砲塔的裝甲,使得這兩台車的砲盾現在頗為脆弱。
而HD化後為平衡性而強化的典型例子是 T110E5

至於巴頓,我印象中本來評價就不差吧,而9.20版又buff大小巴的車掌塔
