[發問] 貴族有上限嗎？

先說一下我是玩W32的
我之前已經作了三隻貴族，都放在不同的城裡
但就在我用Stored resources的方式累積了資源要做第四隻時
卻發現資源已經夠了但是卻顯示No more noblemen can be produced
下面顯示You can still educate: 0
問題是他需要12X的資源，我已經累積了13X的資源
都破表了為什麼還不給我做？
是有上限嗎？
