Here, this is the letter I am sending to players who can't figure out why:
Two weeks ago, all players were notified that the leadership would be account
sitting for each player to make sure everyone was following basic rules.
You can fine the relevant discussion here: Important: Now we'll see who has
been paying attention.
You and I have been matched up, me as the sitter you as the sittee.
I will do some basic checks of your villages, and tell you of all the
improvements you might want to make, all the improvements you should make,
and all the improvements you need to make.
This is not because we are upset with you in any way, this is to weed out the
big players who are doing stupid things and have gotten away with it because
we are such a big tribe. Everyone is going through this.
