[打屁] W7 PTT-ES2

Ok looks like we are very close to our member limit but probably want to
cointinue adding new players in order to keep our top spot.
Best solution I can think of for that is to make an academy tribe or a
PTT-ES2 and get our lower ranked members to go there until they reach a
certain point. This would allow us to recruit some other lower pointers as
well that might get high enough in the rankings at a later date.
What do you guys think?
