[發問] 與TUBA的關係?

之前我的村被一個TUBA的探了 我覺得有點奇怪
然後寫了一封信給他 結果他後來回信來說

Hi,
To be honest, a fellow TUBA member is under attack on another continent, from
Kang Ta of PTT i believe. I was just looking at options for expansion on this
continent and i noticed a PTT player. At this moment, i don't plan to follow
up with any attacks, i am all for keeping good relations with PTT, but when
our members are constantly under attack we must retaliate.
